Yes, the chalet is really located in the center of the village, close to the two bakeries, the butcher, the cheese dairies and the two supermarkets (Carrefour montagne and Vival). Everything is accessible within a 3 minute walk. Once parked, you will no longer have the need to use your vehicle for your entire stay. On the other hand, the chalet is slightly elevated, away from the road. it is therefore necessary to climb a few steps to reach the chalet. This allows you to be close to the shops while being quiet.
Good skiers can leave and return to the chalet on skis. A small path allows you to find a track to start the day. However, many people take ski lessons or bring their children to ski lessons. For this reason, we include ski lockers in the price of the chalet at a store close to the ski schools. These lockers are heated and allow direct access to the slopes. So you can start your days with warm shoes!
The chalet is planned for 16 people. The sleeping comfort size is 13 people, i.e. in this case, there is no additional bed or sofa to unfold. In a 16-person configuration, one of the bedrooms has a pull-out bed (so there is a little less space in this bedroom) and the downstairs living room can be used with a pull-out sofa for two people.

Yes, we like board games. This is why we regularly equip the chalet with new games. Currently you will find there: classic card games, Ligretto, Skyjo, Uno, Scrabble, chess, and Triomino. but this list is bound to evolve… Perhaps you will find other surprises when you arrive!

It also has grills, as well as a barbecue for summer (or winter when the weather is nice). If you like to cook, you should find what you need in the chalet.
Yes, two parking slots (closed boxes) are included in the rental price. These boxes are located below the chalet (Rue Mirantin). Outdoor slots are also available. On the other hand, in winter it is sometimes difficult to find right next door.

Yes. There are two terraces, facing south and equipped with tables and chairs, which can be used to have a coffee or an aperitif in the sun, or even to eat. The lower terrace, directly overlooking the garden is very pleasant in summer, especially during a barbecue, but also in winter to start a great snowball fight… The upper terrace (balcony) is a delight in summer as well as winter, giving you a view of the mountains and the ski slopes.
The chalet is indeed non-smoking. Some people are bothered by the smell of cigarettes. We therefore ask smokers to go outside or away from it in order to keep the premises in a state that will not harm the various occupants.
