Where the chalet is located

Take care, the address to put in the GPS is “Rue Mirantin, Les Saisies”.
Indeed, the garages are located rue Mirantin and the Chemin du Soleil is inaccessible in winter (snowy).
The chalet is very easy to find.
Coming from Albertville, at the third roundabout, turn right onto rue du Mirantin.
Coming from Ugine or Megève, at the third roundabout, turn left into rue du Mirantin.
Stop in front of the garages. This is where you will be expected.
In summer, it is possible to take (rather in reverse) the Chemin du Soleil to bring your luggage down to the chalet.
The chalet in detail
The chalet is made up of two apartments connected by an internal staircase.
Lower Apartment
The lower apartment (ground floor) is a 3-bedroom apartment of 50 m2, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen opening on the living/dining room, a shower room with WC and an extra WC (with a washing machine).
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the second two single beds.
The living room has a sofa with trundle bed, which allows you to add two additional beds.
The lower apartment overlooks the large 50 m2 terrace, equipped with chairs and tables as well as a barbecue (bring charcoal if you wish to use it).
Upper Apartment
The upper apartment (duplex) is a T5 of 100 m2, composed on the first floor of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with washing machine, a WC and a large living room/dining room/kitchen.
On the second floor, a corridor with a workspace leads to a shower room, a toilet and 3 bedrooms: two attic bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with 2 single beds and an additional pull-out bed) and a bedroom with 1 double bed and a single bed.

Take care, the chalet is “non-smoking”. We ask smokers to smoke outside the chalet. |

- 1 television in each living room including one (large living room) with Netflix subscription
- Weber grill
- Raclette / fondue sets for 16 people (divided between the two apartments).
- 2 washing and drying machines
- Delonghi espresso coffee machine (bring coffee beans)

- 400 m2 garden
- Well-equipped kitchens (The kitchens are equipped with everything you need to cook any type of meal).
